A big surprise for this humble skate nerd recently when I saw that one of my childhood heroes started following me on Instagram! He posted looking for information about some mystery skaters from Philly in the late 70’s in some recently unearthed footage and was looking for help identifying them. Its crazy to think that I’ve been skateboarding for 40 years now and Tony Hawk has been the face of the sport that whole time. I’ve been extremely lucky to not only meet so many of my favorite skateboarders over the years, but also to work with many of them creating graphics that help keep this vibrant community rolling!
